You will learn the three keys of valuing yourself more deeply and realizing that yes, you are truly a sweetheart. 10:45am – 11:00 am Break-Out Time Use this time to visit or grab another cup of juice or coffee. 11:00 am – 11:45 am The Chem Lab Dr. Bonnie will provide details about how brain chemistry impacts your total being. You have so much more going on in your brain than what you are cognitively aware of. After participating in this lab you will understand how to better manage your brain's interactions with your health, emotions, and relationships. 11:45 am – 1:00pm Rooftop Gourmet Lunch We will be taking it up a notch for our luncheon, literally. As we will follow the staircase up to the rooftop deck to enjoy a beautifully prepared gourmet lunch and share what we’ve learned with one another. 1:00 pm – 1:45 pm Digging Deeper, Unearthing your Personal GPS Learn how to identify and move past the barriers that have been placed in your life by society, by others, and by yourself.
