Rob Munch
Through more than 25 years of experience in developing leaders, I discovered my passion and gift for helping others reach their leadership goals. My desire is serving leaders to create their ideal future led me to coaching and training leaders.
As a retired Navy Command Master Chief, I learned the foundations of sound leadership from the bottom up. While rising through the military ranks, I had the opportunity to lead numerous teams, coaching and training those I led to develop their own leadership styles and skills. I have come to understand the remarkable benefits of coaching both in leadership and in life . So, after retiring from the Navy, I earned my bachelor’s degree and a master’s degree in Organizational Leadership with an emphasis in Coaching and Mentoring to better understand the art and science of leadership and the affects coaching has on the leader.
