This was exactly what I needed today. In the middle of crying and packing to move, my best friend calls me up and says "meet me at Remedy in three hours" (not the ideal time) but self care is important when stressed. ;) Oh boy , did I love this and may be hooked. I highly recommend this spa and the people are super friendly as well. It was clean, quiet (we did the private soak), there is drinking water, hot teas, and a serene relaxation lounge. The smell of the blooming plants right now is out of this world awesome. Also, there is a public soak as well available. You get a locker for your stuff, they provide flip flops, a robe and a towel. All clean fresh and peaceful. It was a much needed break in my week. Go check it out. If you went alone you could read and relax it's quiet.

Amazing - I absolutely love this place for facials and massages. Everyone is wonderful. Their robes are phenomenal and the customer service is fantastic. 10/10 recommend.

I booked a one hour private soak. In total, I spent less than 20 minutes in the tub.
The good? Staff was nice. Robes were soft. Property is pretty. They light incense to combat mosquitos.
The bad? Parking. Roaches. Noise.
15 minutes in to my soak, I felt something crawl across my arm. It was a roach. To my unpleasant surprise, there were roaches and beetles everywhere.
I get that it's outside, and some are unavoidable, but this was BAD.
With the noise level of whatever party was going on nearby, and considering the sandals they provided were covered in 20+ beetles and roaches within 15 minutes of sitting outside the tub, relaxation was not an option.
Despite my less than 30 minute experience start to finish, I was still charged for the full hour.
The sweet gal at the front desk said the noise isn't normal, and they spray for bugs every week so she would inquire if they had done it that week. - Morgan B.Albuquerque, NM01313Oct 9, 2023Updated review
I know I've reviewed before, but they're always adding and improving their services! Cold plunge is back and I see they're working on a new infrared sauna coming soon. Perfect escape in ABQ! If you've not been, do yourself a favor and check it out. Also, massage therapist Katie is amazing! The owners truly care about their team and the services they're providing.

I've had many many massages from all over the world and I have to say Sydnee is one of the top therapists I've had. I've had two custom massages from her- one of which was a few weeks postpartum and I felt like a new person afterwards. I plan on getting many more massages from her in the future. The actual spa in it of itself is cute, the staff is very friendly, the prices are not cheap but she's absolutely worth it!

Nice vibe to the place. Friendly staff. I was offered an up-sale to add to my scheduled 60 minute massage which I agreed to. While I did pay more for the up-sale, it didn't increase the time of my overall session at all. I paid an extra $20 for a neck massage to add to my service while not getting the full hour for the service for which I paid. They also up-sale products upon checking out. They applied a gift certificate I had to the service but not the full amount. When I noticed it, they did correct it. Not the best first experience.

Great ambiance! Don't be frightened by the neighborhood because as soon as you walk in the door you are transported to relaxation-town. Very clean and friendly. Great locker rooms and showers. Dark and quiet relaxation spaces. I did the soak and sauna then relaxed in the shade until my facial. My facial was better than a massage! So relaxed and my face is as radiant as it could be. No pushy salespeople at the end. One of the best day spas I have ever been to!
I do wish they had some nibbles. I was famished after 2.5 hours there.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Cari C.Reno, NV19167Sep 19, 2021
Last minute decision to spend time here while awaiting a flight home. Receptionist was THE SWEETEST, funniest, most helpful woman- hooked us right up, friendly greeting, rearranged the soak time because we arrived late- no Ubers. WONDERFUL private soak and cold pool. Sat in the pretty, serene courtyard and ordered food. Chris, another attendant, brought us the food, offered us drinks, checked on us throughout our stay matching the SWEETEST woman from the beginning. Was just going to rinse off the chlorine but the products in the shower smelled so good i had to bury myself in suds for 15 minutes.
Best decision of the whole trip! Already told our friends who are coming to town next week to put this on their itinerary!Helpful 2Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - Rachel M.Dayton, OH11519Sep 9, 2023
This is an amazing spot. I go as often as I can. Eugenie is my favorite masseuse and Emily is fantastic for facials. The whole place is friendly and relaxing!
